From the ECM Post Review (December 1, 2004) - Arnold Edward Johnson, age 93 of Fish Lake, died on Nov. 24, 2004 at Hillcrest Health Care Center in Rush City, Minn. Arnold was born on Aug. 8, 1911 to Fred and Edith Johnson. The family moved to Fish Lake in 1918. Arnold has lived on the family farm since that time. On April 17, 1975 he married Myrtle V. Danielson in Harris, Minn. Arnold rented boats on Fish Lake and worked as a farmer most of his life. Arnold enjoyed fishing and gardening. Arnold is survived by many friends. Funeral services were held on Monday, Nov. 29, at the Fish Lake Lutheran Church with Rev. Dale Stiles officiating. Interment was in the Fish Lake Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangement by Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch, Minn.
