Verona Lorraine Johnson, age 72, died Aug. 30, 2005 at her home in North Branch, Minn. Verona was born on May 18, 1933 in North Branch to Harold and Nina (Magnison) Sederberg. She attended and graduated from the North Branch High School. On June 13, 1953 she married Ellis Johnson in North Branch. Verona enjoyed being with and doing things with her family. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Verona was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister. She is survived by husband Ellis, three children: Gary and wife Rosanne, Cheryl Foley and husband David, David and wife Verle; four grandchildren: Lucas and Michael Johnson, Erin and Katelyn Foley; three sisters Norma Ramberg, Gerry Pearson and Beverly Brand; many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Sept. 3, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Loren Mellum officiating at the Trinity Lutheran Church in North Branch. Interment was at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
