Lud's baptismal sponsors were N. T. Anderson and Mrs. Mathilda Anderson (March 16, 1895). Ludwig graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Agriculture in 1915. He continued to work there as foreman of the dairy department. Lud was devastated by the loss of his son. Several years later, after complaining of a cold, he passed away in the hospital. Ludwig is buried in Rose Lawn Cemetery, St. Paul. ~courtesy of Doug Swanson
